1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 21, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The fact that the Plaintiff leased a total of KRW 39,500,000 to the Defendant seven times from July 14, 201 to December 9, 201, regarding the cause of the claim, may be acknowledged by taking account of the entire purport of the pleadings in subparagraph 1.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 39,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 21, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
