Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months from the Seoul Central District Court on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and was transferred to a medical prison from March 15, 2013, and is currently being executed.

At around 17:20 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) prepared a supper with other prisoners in the fourth floor of the 813-Gu Masan-dong 813's Masan-dong 813's correctional institution; (b) provided that the victim B (ma, 53 years of age) would make it difficult for the victim C to “other persons to knbly.”

Considering that the Defendant had taken an examination from the victim, the Defendant: “I am you do not see why I do so? I do so? I am you do not do so?” The Defendant sustained approximately 2.5 cm in the upper ambling in which I am unable to know the number of treatment days due to the ambling of the victim’s face.
