A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2016, the Defendant driven a B body-kid passenger car around 23:45, and led to a four-lane road in front of the four-lane radius between the surface of the rooftop in Daegu-gun-gun Office at a speed of about 40km per hour from the IC of the Daegu-gu Rool-si Office at a speed of about 40km.
