Criminal facts

On November 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Seogsan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on November 1, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the astronomical Prison on February 26, 2014.

Criminal facts

1. On April 5, 2014, at around 18:30 on April 5, 2014, the present building and fire Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in Jinjin-si, carried out in the entirety of the non-breadth of the instant house by attaching the clothes in the clothes located in the ward where the Defendant was the mother-friendly E in a dispute with the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the said part of the said house (a total floor area of 150 square meters) used by the Defendant as a residential unit (a total floor area of 10,697,000 square meters) by burning it.

2. On April 5, 2014, around 19:35, the Defendant interfered with extinguishment and obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the Defendant’s house; (b) at the F fire station site response and affiliated fire officers dispatched after receiving a fire report; and (c) at the site, the fire officers collected a shooting bridge installed for the extinguishing of fire; (d) the fire officers attempted to open a valve of LPG gas tank and put fire, and (e) attempted to stop fire extinguishment and temporarily deviate from the scene; (e) the fire officers continued to take a bath to the “slick, flick, flick,” and (e) the fire officers interfered with the extinguishing of the fire officers by 30 minutes, such as flicking the flick flick of the volunteer fire brigade; and (e) the fire officers at the site responding to the above F fire station site and the head of H, the head of the team at the bar.

As a result, the defendant interfered with fire fighting of fire officers, and at the same time interfered with legitimate execution of duties of fire fighting officers on fire fighting.
