Punishment of the crime

"2013 Highest 2196" means N,O, P, Q, R, S, S President and T President, etc. who pretended to receive money from the victims in order to solicit a passbook to be used for the account to receive money from the victims; and P, P, Q, and R chief shall deliver the de facto passbook received from the Defendant to the O and S President, or pay part of the de facto amount received from the O and S, to the Defendant and the name of the head of the Tong, N and Telecommunication President, by Internet hosting, to induce the victims to correct the terms and conditions.

On February 15, 2013, the Defendant, along with N,O, P, Q, Q, R chief, Syp, Syp, T President, etc. at a place that is unknown on February 15, 2013, made it false to the victim QK to have him/her receive money from the victim via telephone conversations, and made it false to have him/her receive 10,000,000 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives in the name of AE (BR), and received 601,400 won from the above community credit cooperative account twice.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with N,O, P, Q, R head, S President, T President, etc., received KRW 701,400 from the victim QK from the above amounting to KRW 701,40,00 from February 17, 2013, and acquired KRW 14,698,90 in total by the same method, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 1, from February 17, 2013.

Defendant A is to obtain money from the victims by pretending to be “conditioni South” with N,O, P, Q, R, S, President, Twit, etc., and the Defendant is to solicit the head of the Tong to use money from the victims as an account to receive money, and the P, Q, and R, the head of the P, Q, and the head of the R, who withdraws cash from the cash withdrawal machine.
