1. From March 10, 2016 to November 1, 2017, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 37,148 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and its related amount.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts - Term of contract: From April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016 - Wages: 110,000 won for the daily pay of Eul (Defendant) and the daily pay shall be settled on 16th and the following month for each month.
Retirement allowances shall be paid on the average of the monthly salary of the last three months.
The fourth insurance shall be paid at 50% by the company.
It shall be paid on the daily basis for the time-based account to the extent that the daily time is not eight hours.
The next maintenance is designated (B, C, D, E) - Work Hours: Work Hours of the start-up and end-up shall be 08:00 to 17:00 hours a day, excluding recess hours, and if any overtime or night work situation occurs inevitably, it shall follow the company's policy.
