Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim’s left knife with the beer X (the 47 years old), who was placed on the W entertainment tavern in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, on the face of the victim X (the 47 years old) who is an employee; and (b) assaulted the victim at one time on the part of the hand.
