Punishment of the crime

Around 18:20 on April 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the house of a woman living together in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the victim D (Nam and 58 years of age) laid down the Defendant’s bridge due to the decline pipe; (b) laid down the entrance and exit door of the above house from the victim, thereby cutting the victim’s bridge part of the her bridge by cutting off the her entrance and exit door door of the above house one time; (c) laid down the victim’s bridge part of the her bridge, she laid down the her bridge, etc. on the number of days of treatment.
