Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall apply to the Mayor/Do Governor for the registration of transfer of ownership of the automobile;

Nevertheless, on January 2016, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of automobile ownership without justifiable grounds until July 29, 2016, even though he/she acquired C-Wz automobiles registered under B’s name from a person who was unaware of his/her name.

2. Around 13:50 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automatic Compensation Security Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle of Category C, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a driver’s license, from approximately 500 meters from the front Do of Seocheon-si to the front Do of the same city.
