When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and C (a disposition of suspending indictment on the same day) are married with each other; the Defendant and C are those who have overall control over the duties of the employees and revenue management of the above E farm, excreta management, and pigs management, etc. while operating the swine breeding facilities of approximately 1,700 size from the “E farm” located in Jeju City D.

Defendant

On October 27, 1997, the above "E farm" obtained permission for the installation of excreta emission facilities from the Jeju Mayor around October 27, 199.

No person who installs and operates discharging facilities shall discharge livestock excreta flowing into a disposal facility without converting it into resources or without discharging it through the final discharge outlet.

Nevertheless, from around July 31, 2013 to July 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 2 of the “E farm” came to leak livestock in quantity stored in storage under Article 2 through the space of upper part of the livestock excreta storage (30cm in width, 20cm in length, 20cm in length, 30cm in length, 20cm in length, and 20cm in front, from around July 31, 2016 to around July 31, 2017).

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, discharged livestock excreta flowing into treatment facilities without passing through the final discharge outlet.
