1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 95,00,000 and 5% per annum from June 27, 2008 to June 27, 2018.

1. On June 26, 2007, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 95 million to Defendant B on June 26, 2008 with the due date for payment on June 26, 2008. Since Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 95 million and its payment due date from June 27, 2008 to June 27, 2018, the delivery date of the complaint of this case, 5% per annum under the Civil Act, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.
