1. The Defendant’s KRW 105,420,967 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from May 28, 2017 to December 6, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 2017, the Defendant was awarded a contract for interior interior interior interior interior interior interior works in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Seoul.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a subcontract with respect to metal works among the foregoing interior works (hereinafter “instant subcontract”) on several occasions as follows:

(5) The construction period of March 24, 2017: 39,46,00 won (value-added tax of 35,860,000 won) for the construction work from March 24, 2017 to April 27, 2017. The contract amount of 30,000 won for the construction work: 0.4. The construction period of 0.3 trillion won for the construction work from March 24, 2017: 121,000 to 30.44. The construction period of 0.6 billion won for the construction work from March 24, 2017.

C. The Plaintiff completed all of the above construction works around the end of April, 2017 according to each construction period, and the Defendant thereafter objection to the Plaintiff.
