1. On June 29, 2015, around 14:30, the operation of B vehicles in the vicinity of the building in the Dog-dong, Busan, Daegu, the Dog-dong.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that entered into an automobile insurance contract with C with respect to B vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “the instant vehicle”), and the Defendant is the owner of D Oba (BM 1600 GTS 1600 GTXUSE, hereinafter referred to as “the instant damaged vehicle”).

B. On June 29, 2015, E, a relative of C, was in contact with the left-hand side of the damaged vehicle of this case, which was parked as a part of the lower-hand side of the said vehicle while driving the instant dial vehicle in the vicinity of the Gag Building located in the Mag-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.

E. On August 11, 2015, the Defendant paid 782,210 won for repair expenses to F, and received delivery of the instant damaged vehicle.

The repair records of the instant accident that F worked in the Republic of Korea were 623,810 won in total (224,400 won in total) and 158,400 won in total (39,410 won in total) and 782,210 won in public.

F. From July 16, 2015 to December 22, 2015, the Defendant borrowed and used the AL1800 vehicle, similar to the instant damaged vehicle, and paid KRW 3,091,000 as the rental fee.
