1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On March 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.120% during blood transfusion around 01:40 on March 5, 2018, and proceeded at a speed that makes it impossible to identify the four-lane road in front of Suwon-si C in Seoul, Suwon-si.

At the time of night, the front door of the car was the flow, and the front door of the car was driven by the victim D (25 years) prior to the same direction, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and to secure and proceed with the safe distance when the car stops.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving a motor vehicle in an excessively close vicinity and caused a collision between the front part of the victim D's vehicle stopped in accordance with the vehicle stop signals and the front part of the victim D's vehicle stopped in accordance with the vehicle stop signals due to its shock and the victim F. 51 years old.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the victim D’s occupational negligence, such as an injury of knee knee mane’s gnee, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, and injury to the victim F, such as a gale gel that requires approximately eight weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a B-low vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling of about 7.5km from the Do in the vicinity of the Guang-si, Suwon-si, which was located at 11, Sin-si, Sin-si, Suwon-si, to the front day of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to a level of about 7.5km in alcohol leveling 0.120%.
