1. Defendant New Design Partnership Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 330,000,000 and its amount from December 7, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties concerned 1) The Plaintiff is a person who performs the furniture Construction Work in the name of “B”. 2) The construction of the tower Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hea Construction”) is a construction work of the “D” multi-family housing located in Jeju City Co., Ltd.
3) Defendant New Design Partnership Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant New Design Partnership”)
2) The head of the household at the place of the above multi-family housing site (hereinafter “instant household construction”).
(B) The Plaintiff was awarded a contract for the instant furniture construction from Defendant He He had been awarded a contract. (B) On November 25, 2016, the Plaintiff was awarded a subcontract for the instant furniture construction from Defendant Nur Design Partners for the price of KRW 660 million (value added tax separate) and completed all the said construction.
2) Defendant Green Design Partners requested the Plaintiff to pay KRW 62,107,00 to the additional construction cost of KRW 62,700,000 (i.e., KRW 17,7,700,000,000,000,000 if the Plaintiff was designated as an agent for personal mediation, and the Plaintiff completed the said additional construction work. (C) Defendant Green Design Partners’s payment agreement on April 18, 2017, paid the Plaintiff the balance of the original construction cost and the additional construction cost of KRW 100,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. However, Defendant Green Design Partners agreed to pay the remainder to the Plaintiff as of April 18, 2017, the remainder was not paid by the end of May 2017, including the fact that there was no dispute on the grounds of recognition, evidence No. 1 to 6, No. 41, and the purport of the entire pleadings.

According to the facts found in the above determination on the claim against Defendant Green Design Partnership, Defendant Green Design Partnership is related to the promotion of the lawsuit from December 7, 2017 to the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff, which is the cost of KRW 30 million [the cost of KRW 30 million + KRW 30 million x value-added tax 10%) that is not paid to the Plaintiff.
