1. The Defendant’s KRW 58,00,000 and its amount shall be 6% per annum from April 1, 2019 to October 21, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a C insurance contract with the Defendant, the insured, the monthly payment of KRW 156,400, and the contract term from October 1, 2015 to October 1, 2086 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The details of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

However, the disease of cancer, etc. shall be paid only once the first diagnosis is finalized, respectively, and the disease of cancer, etc. is diagnosed and determined by one disease, respectively.
