Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On August 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on August 21, 2014, and on August 26, 2016 in the above court, and on November 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on November 30, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the March 28, 2020.

Criminal facts

1. On June 14, 2020, around June 14, 2020, the Defendant: (a) conspired with B on June 14, 2020, in collusion with the victim D in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu; (b) by deceiving the victim by the method of ordering alcohol, food, etc. as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) by deceiving the victim as if he did not pay the price, and (d) by deceiving the victim; and (c) by receiving the same from the victim, the Defendant acquired the alcohol,

2. Around June 18, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s bridge and the part of the victim’s bridge to an empty pet, while the Defendant was in conflict with the victim’s G in Seongbuk-gu, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu due to a sudden damage to the victim’s G around June 18, 2020.

3. Around June 19, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) committed theft with one television set forth in paragraph (2) H from June 19, 202 to June 19, 202 with one string, one string, one string, one string, and one smell.

Accordingly, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times for the larceny crime, he committed the larceny crime during the period of the repeated crime.

4. Crimes on or around June 20, 2020;

A. At around 13:00 on June 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) obtained one Samsung Card lost by the victim I while returning it to the victim; and (b) embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own, without following necessary procedures; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of another person.
