Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving Cone Star Car.

On March 8, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at around 19:48, while driving it on March 8, 2013, along the two-lanes from the river basin to the two-lanes (including the bus-only bus-only bus-only bus-only bus-only vehicle) in front of the shooting distance of the Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

Since there was an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed for those engaged in driving service and prevent accidents by driving safely according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, even if the left-hand turn signal was changed to a yellow signal, the Defendant neglected it and caused the victim D(17 years of age) to go to the river basin in the opposite direction due to the negligence of left-hand turn at the same speed, and caused the victim to go beyond the ground.

After all, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E (the 17 years of age) who was on the back of the letoba while driving off the letoba due to the above occupational negligence, including the right sleep, for about six weeks of medical treatment.
