Punishment of the crime

Around 19:40 on September 30, 2020, the Defendant, within the numberless vehicle stopped in front of the convenience store located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and at the request of the Defendant, the victim C, a representative engineer, who was driving the said vehicle on behalf of the Defendant, and the Defendant stopped the vehicle before the above convenience store, and when the victim stopped the vehicle on behalf of the Defendant, he assaulted the victim at one time on his hand on the ground that he refused the Defendant’s demand.
