A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative director of the Chungcheongbuk-gun C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D Co., Ltd.”) located in the Chungcheongbuk-gun, which was established for the purpose of manufacturing high-tension parts, etc. on September 17, 1996, was practically operating the said company until November 9, 2012.

1. Around June 25, 2007, the Defendant related to the issuance of a letter of credit guarantee for corporate facility loan of KRW 140-57, 140-57 at the office of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, to issue a letter of credit guarantee for corporate facility loan of KRW 1487,80,00, and the Defendant applied for the issuance of a letter of credit guarantee from the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, along with C’s entire registration matters, Defendant’s resident registration, etc., and the Defendant’s resident registration, and the business registration certificate, for the purpose of proving the use of corporate facility loan, “E, F, G” for KRW 746,90,000,000 for total amount of KRW 10,000 for corporate facility loan of KRW 20,000,000 for KRW 20,700,0000 for each of the above 20-7,07,000.

However, the facts are the facility value of the NCFE under the “C (State) business outline” submitted by the Defendant.
