Punishment of the crime

At around 09:40 on November 15, 201, the Defendant provided a private-use truck for transportation purposes by using the Erano-5 tons tower, a private-use truck owned by the Defendant, to transport an article to the vicinity of the U.S. in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, the U.S., using the Erano-5 tons tower, which is a private-use truck owned by the Defendant, for transportation purposes.
