A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be applied.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative of the I Council member in the Southern-gun H, who is an employer who runs a hospital business by employing four full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant employed from January 2, 2014 to June 30, 2014 at the said workplace and retired from the said workplace, did not pay 1.4 million won for April 2014, 201, 2.3 million won for May 2014, and 2.3 million won for June 2, 2014, 2.6 million won for total of 2.3 million won for payment from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of payment date between the parties.
