1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 206,11,473 and KRW 62,368,654 from May 15, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination on the Plaintiff’s assertion of the cause of claim

A. (1) On December 15, 1999, E Union entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Defendant with a view to 12,000,000 won, including the issuance of a credit guarantee certificate of D, and D, with respect to the said loan transaction agreement, issued a credit guarantee certificate of KRW 12,00,000 with the amount guaranteed.

On December 20, 199, E Union entered into a loan transaction agreement with the Defendant with a loans of KRW 8,000,000,000, and D issued a credit guarantee statement with a guarantee amount of KRW 8,000,000 with respect to the said loan transaction agreement.

On November 30, 199, the FF Group's branch entered into a loan transaction agreement with a loan amount of KRW 30,000,000,000, and D, with respect to the above loan transaction agreement, issued a credit guarantee statement with a loan amount of KRW 30,000,000.

(2) The Defendant failed to repay the loans under each of the above loan transaction agreements, including the acquisition of the right to indemnity and the confirmation of payment order, according to each of the credit guarantee certificates issued as above, D used the above credit guarantee certificates, ① the principal amount of KRW 12,000,000 and interest KRW 2,702,892 under the loan transaction agreements issued as of July 11, 2003 and KRW 14,702,892; ② the E Union used the principal amount of KRW 8,00,000 and interest KRW 1,787,681, total amount of KRW 9,787,681, and ③ the interest amount of KRW 308,00 and KRW 1,788,00 under the loan transaction agreements concluded as of December 20, 203; and ③ the interest amount of KRW 308,080 and KRW 308,781,080; and each of the branch offices under the loan transaction agreements as of KRW 197,080.30.

F organization, the management agency of D applied for a payment order against the defendant for the amount of indemnity according to the above subrogation. On April 1, 2009, the Gwangju District Court Naju District Court 2009Hu570, the payment order was issued with the content that "the defendant shall pay to the F organization 122,676,089 won and 62,368,654 won with 15% interest per annum from March 11, 2009 to the date of full payment," and the above payment order was served on the defendant on May 8, 2009, and on May 23, 2009.
