A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim D(the age of 50) maintained de facto marital relations for three years, and there was a dispute over money relationship and the reason why they came into existence on October 2016.

B. From 00:50 on the same day to 00:50 on the same day, letters causing fear or apprehensions have reached repeatedly.

2.
