When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 11, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant posted comments on the victim D, including “a genuine fake to which the motive slope was known,” and “bomb, which caused the insurance fraud of the following ships,” on a cell phone from the Defendant’s residence located in Pakistan to the Defendant’s cell phone, and publicly insulting the victim five times from that time until June 12, 2016, as indicated in the crime list.
