Criminal facts
1. The crime committed on March 11, 201;
A. At around 15:00 on March 11, 201, the Defendant: (a) indicated in the form of a loan transaction agreement form, the Defendant: (b) indicated the Defendant’s name operated by the Defendant in the Daegu Seo-gu Seo-gu Department B, “5,00,000” in the loan transaction agreement form; (c) “3,80,000” in the first amount used; (d) “3,80,000” in the contract date column; (e) “3,11, 2010; (e) March 11, 2010; (e) “44% per annum in the loan interest rate column; and (e) “C” in the debtor column, “A personal credit information inquiry, personal credit information provision consent, consent to use personal credit information, consent to the transfer of credit information, and consent to the obligor column”; and (e) signed each signature in the name of C1 who is a forged transaction document for the purpose of a loan, rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, sent the forged loan transaction contract by facsimile as if it were a document duly formed, to an employee who did not know of the forgery.
C. The Defendant, as if he had an employee in charge of the same date, at the same time, at the same place, filed an application for a loan with the victim Won-man Co., Ltd. by telephoneing as C, and sent the above forged loan transaction contract by facsimile, thereby deceiving the victim as if C made a loan, and then deceiving the victim by borrowing KRW 3,800,000 from the victim, thereby deceiving the financial profit equivalent to the same amount.
2. The crime on March 14, 201;
A. On March 14, 201, the Defendant: (a) at a distribution business office where the name of the Defendant in the Daegu Seo-gu Branch B is unknown; (b) using a tamptain to the form of a loan transaction agreement received from E&S Social Loan Co., Ltd.; and (c) on March 14, 201, the Defendant “C”, “5,000,000” in the loan limit column, and “3,200 in the first amount used column.
