Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant C, around April 25, 2012, planned to install a single name card and a camera that can see the card by using a camera in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, in a gambling room, to gather people as if they were normally stuffed, and then gather them to gambling and gambling, and Defendant A recruited people to participate in fraud, and Defendant C had to prepare equipment necessary for fraud gambling.

Criminal facts
At around 22:00 on April 26, 2012, the Defendants: (a) sent the victims to the gambling room located in the first floor of the Seo-gu Incheon, Incheon, in which Defendant C and Defendant D had a camera in advance; (b) followed them as if they had come to gambling with the victims; and (c) Defendant B and L sent the victims’ plaques to the victims through an electricity and rier, which is stiffing their body, and they see that they would normally gamble with the victims; and (d) Defendant D sent the victims’ plaques from their own house located in Seo-gu, Incheon, PB01.
As above, the Defendants conspired with L with the victims, and attempted to deceiving the victims and take the property from the victims, but they were discovered to the victims M who had been aware of such fraud, and attempted to commit such fraud.
