1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff’s loan and the Defendant’s credit guarantee 1) The Plaintiff is Nonparty B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”).

) On March 29, 199, KRW 115,00,00 and KRW 120,00,000 on August 11, 1999, and KRW 160,00,000 on February 28, 2006, the Defendant provided individual credit guarantee for the corresponding loan obligations on each of the above dates. Since then, upon the application of the non-party company, the Plaintiff extended the term of each of the above loans every one year, and the Defendant extended the term of each of the above loans every one year, and the extended term of each of the above loans extended on June 21, 2013. (2) On June 21, 2013, the non-party company received the existing loan interest rate of KRW 110,000,000 and KRW 260,000 on the loan from the Plaintiff to the repayment rate of KRW 30,000,000 (the loan interest rate of KRW 530,000).

3) On June 21, 2013, the Defendant issued, respectively, a credit guarantee certificate stating that the obligation of the instant loan is guaranteed by individual guarantee and partial guarantee within the limit of 85% to the Plaintiff: (i) the guaranteed amount of KRW 93,50,00,000, the estimated loan amount of KRW 110,000,000, the partial guarantee rate of KRW 85%, the guarantee rate of KRW 221,00,000, the guaranteed amount of KRW 260,000, the estimated loan amount of KRW 260,000, the partial guarantee rate of KRW 85%, the guarantee period of KRW 85%, and the credit guarantee amount of the instant loan as of June 20, 2014 (hereinafter “credit guarantee”).

B. The term of guarantee for the extension of the term of loan and the term of guarantee for the instant loan, i.e., the term of guarantee for the 1st following June 20, 2014 on the date of the change of the term of guarantee for the term of loan, which is the date the Plaintiff agreed upon by the Defendant, (i) on June 20, 2014, December 20, 2014, June 20, 2014; (ii) June 19, 2015; (iii) June 19, 2015; (iii) June 19, 2015; and (iv) June 16, 2015 on June 16, 2016, June 16, 2015;
