A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:02 on October 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a car by the B Belgium with a blood alcohol content of about 5 km from a place where it is impossible to know from the place where it is not known to the Nam-gu, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Busan-do, to the front road of the Chodong Administrative Welfare Center located in 15km-gu.

2. On October 1, 2018, the Defendant suffered damage to public goods and special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) received a demand from G to “scoping a road in front of the Samdong Administrative Welfare Center located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 15; (b) “A vehicle in front of a signal light stop for at least ten minutes”; and (c) a demand was made from G to “scoping a road,” which was called “Wing off a road,” which was called out after receiving a report from 112.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with the above lower demand, and took the front part of the I Belgium patrol car, which was the front part of the I Belgium patrol car and obstructed the Defendant from leaving the said patrol car, and damaged the said patrol car to the sum of 442,781 won due to its shock, and caused the victim G (34 years old) on board the said patrol car to suffer injury to the victim G (34 years old) who was on board the said patrol car for about two weeks.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of their duties on the handling of 112 Reporting Cases and the drinking Control Act, thereby causing bodily injury to the victim G, and at the same time damaging things used by public offices.
