1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 268,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff completed the construction of 4,00,000 won by being awarded a contract with the Defendant for “the 331,10,000 won for the remainder of the construction work” from May 14, 2016 to November 2016. The Plaintiff prepared a mediation agreement with the Defendant that “the 331,10,000 won for the remainder of the construction work shall be paid in seven installments (47,30,000 won for one installment) from the end of May 2016 to the end of November 2016.” However, the Defendant shall pay only the 62,30,000 won out of the above 331,10,000 won until now, and the remaining 268,80,000,000 won has not been paid by the parties, or the Plaintiff shall be recognized by comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and the entire purport of the pleadings set forth in subparagraphs A and 2

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 268,80,000 won due under the above adjustment agreement and delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from October 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case.
