1. The Defendant: 116,217,768 won to Plaintiff A; 91,475,327 won to Plaintiff B; 11,68,162 won to Plaintiff C; and 88.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are the employees of Grade VI working at the E Hospital affiliated with Defendant Corporation (hereinafter “instant hospital”) in the management planning division from March 2010 to February 2013, 2013.
(Plaintiff A and D continued to work in the instant hospital until now, and since March 2013, Plaintiff B had worked in the F Hospital affiliated with the Defendant Corporation, and Plaintiff C had worked in the G Hospital affiliated with the Defendant Corporation, respectively. The Plaintiffs returned to four persons from the instant hospital until February 2013, 2013, and were in charge of the operation of circular buses, examination buses, passenger buses, and ambulances, and the operation of ambulances.
Three workers working on night duty working hours of the former subcommittee (one person among workers on night duty) shall be assigned from 08:30 to 17:30,000 to 17:30,000 on the following day from 08:30 to 08:30 on the next day from 08:30 to 08:30 on the next day from 08:30 to 08:30 on the next day from 08:30,000 on the next day, and the status of the number of working days and the status of work days at the hospital of this case from March 2010 to February 2013 are as shown in the register (No. 5) of the status of the worker's work hours prepared and managed by the defendant.
(B) The defendant calculates and records monthly overtime work, night work, and holiday work days in accordance with the calculation period stipulated in Article 7(3) of the following remuneration regulations.
Article 26 (Overtime and Night Work) (1) The chief director of the Service Regulations may order overtime or night work beyond the prescribed working hours with the consent of the staff of the Corporation, if necessary for the performance of duties of the Corporation.
Article 27 (Duty and Emergency Duty) (1) The chief director may operate a watchkeeping system for the prevention of fire, theft, and other accidents, the processing of documents, and the liaison of work on holidays or on other than working hours.
(2) Watchkeeping shall be divided into a day duty and a night duty, and the day duty hours shall be the day duty in case of holidays.
