1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s KRW 100 million on July 30, 2016 and the same year to the Defendant.

9. Around 20.10 billion won, and July 10, 2017, respectively leased KRW 50 million.

B. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant agreed to pay each of the Plaintiff KRW 30 million up to November 20, 2018, KRW 20 million up to January 31, 2019, KRW 100 million up to July 31, 2019, KRW 100 million up to July 31, 2019, and KRW 100 million up to December 31, 2019.

According to the above facts of determination, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff a loan of KRW 250 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from May 9, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case filed by the plaintiff after each due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
