The imprisonment with prison labor for the accused shall be three and a half years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 20, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by the Incheon District Court on January 20, 2005, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Gwangju District Court on July 13, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on December 14, 2008;
1. 3. At the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 2, one copy of the comprehensive title sheet in the name-based bank employees who knew of the forgery as stated in the foregoing paragraph 2 is as follows.
