1. To revoke all the judgment of the first instance;

2. Defendant B: each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list to the Plaintiff is 43/192.

1. Basic facts

A. The relevant Plaintiff of the parties, etc., the Defendants are siblings, and the Plaintiff’s 4 South-North 2 girls are the second South-North son, and fourth, Defendant C is the first, Defendant C C’s South son and the fifth, and G and H’s children.

(G) The children of the G and H are Defendant C, E, F, Plaintiff, Defendant B, and D). (B)

(1) On November 28, 1989, the Plaintiff, Defendants, D, E, F, G, and H concluded the same gift contract (hereinafter “instant gift contract”) with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1611 on November 28, 1989, and the notary public notarized the agreement as the 1989 B/L office.

(2) According to the instant gift contract, G pertaining to each of the instant real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”) stated to the Plaintiff as gift gifting shares of 92/192 shares, HH 14/192 shares, and Defendant C C 86/192 shares.

C. (1) At the time of the instant donation contract, G was jointly owned 92/192 shares in each of the instant real estate, H 14/192 shares, and Defendant C shared 86/192 shares in each of the instant real estate.

(2) (A) On April 26, 1990, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 23, 1990 with respect to each of the 43/192 shares of Defendant B and H among the 1 and 2 real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 43/192.

On the other hand, G completed the registration of transfer of ownership on April 23, 1990 with respect to 46/192 shares of each of the above real estate to D on the same day.

(B) On January 15, 1991, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 14, 1991 with respect to each of the 43/192 shares among the 3 real estate listed in the annexed Table 1 list to Defendant B and H.

(B) In the meantime, G completed the registration of ownership transfer based on donations on January 14, 191, with respect to 46/192 shares of the above real estate on the same day.

(3) G and H are the wife of the Plaintiff on June 23, 2003.
