Criminal facts

At around 21:00 on June 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was a victim D (54 years of age) who was a part of the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and was in the same dispute with C (54 years of age) who was in the same class; (b) was a part of C; and (c) was a part of C (5 minutes of the victim’s left side of the victim’s seat at one time; and (d) was a sprink for about 5 minutes of the victim’s sexual organ; and (e) laid the brick, which is a dangerous object, laid the wall into the kick-gun; and (e) laid down the part of the victim’s kh with the above brick.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted an injury on the body of the victim, which requires medical treatment for about four weeks.

1. The defendant and his defense counsel asserted that the victim was only assaulted by drinking, and that there was no scambl with a brick to the victim.

However, according to the evidence duly adopted and examined by this court, the following circumstances can be acknowledged.

① As stated in the facts of the crime, the victim D consistently stated the process from the investigative agency to the court in which the victim suffered bodily injury, such as the cutting of a sloping ske in line with the Defendant’s scam and the scambling of the scam at a 5-minute, after the scambling of the scam from the Defendant. The process of the series of actions itself is extremely abnormal, so it is difficult for the general public to easily leave the scam. The above statement is very high enough to keep the victim out of the scambling wall so that the victim would not have been able to make a statement by scambling the scam from the Defendant, and make it difficult for the victim to make a statement by scambling the scam.
