A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 2009, the Defendant thefted the victim’s driver’s license with the victim’s license in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment in which the victim B resides, and with the victim’s driver’s license in the above apartment.
2. Around August 2009, the Defendant forged the curriculum under B, a private document document’s name, stating “B”, “D”, “Icheon Gyeyang-gu E”, “Icheon-gu E”, “Icheon-gu E”, “Icheon-gu E”, and “Icheon-gu E” in the name column of the curriculum site using a black pen for the purpose of uttering at the Defendant’s office located in the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Operation Dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, without authority.
3. Around August 25, 2009, the Defendant submitted the curriculum vitae in the name of false B to G, as described in paragraph (2), at H places of business operated by G in Y in YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, and exercised the same.
4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without a driver’s license. The Defendant driven an IF from August 27, 2009 to August 2, 201, on the roads of Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do.
5. On June 9, 2011, around 23:10 on June 9, 201, the Defendant denied the above driver’s license, which is an official document, by presenting the B’s driver’s license that was stolen as described in paragraph (1), to the said L, before K, which is located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul High Police Station, due to the detection of violation of parking regulations.
