1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a regional housing association established in order to promote a housing construction project in accordance with the Housing Act and subordinate statutes by making the Daegu Suwon-gu FF as a project implementation district, and upon filing an application for authorization to establish a housing association with the head of Daegu Metropolitan City on April 13, 2015, the Defendant obtained the authorization for the establishment of the housing association from the head of Suwon-gu on June 9, 2015.

B. On May 2015, the Plaintiffs entered into an membership agreement with the Defendant on the following terms: (a) the Plaintiffs agreed to join as the Defendant’s members; and (b) the Plaintiffs entered into the membership agreement:
