Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 7467"
1. The defendant, including theft, has taken away from his house to steal cash, etc. in a vehicle parked at an apartment parking lot, etc. during night hours in order to raise living expenses and entertainment expenses;
The Defendant, around August 23, 2016, at the front parking lot of 107 Dong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bundong-gu, 81, Bundong-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant opened a door of the vehicle by inserting a locker to remove the locker. The Defendant attempted to steal the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 100,000, 500, and KRW 500,000 of the victim’s cash owned by the victim. The Defendant attempted to steal the vehicle from around October 26, 2016 with one mark, such as one cut, one Hyundai Card, one national card, one mark, and one mark, one cosmetic, and from around October 26, 2016, the Defendant did not commit the attempted theft of the property or at least KRW 8,936,750,750 on a total sum of 13 occasions, as in the list of crimes in attached Form 1 (1).
2. On October 25, 2016, at around 04:09, the Defendant charged gas equivalent to KRW 15,000 in the G in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, the Defendant: (a) completed the stolen H’s new card, as shown in attached Table No. 12, as in attached Table No. 12, to the victim’s name in his/her own place of business; (b) deceiving the victim; and (c) from October 27, 2016 to October 27, 2016, the Defendant acquired a total amount of KRW 262,800,000 from the time of the crime list No. 262,80, as in attached Table No. 12.
3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit was using a stolen credit card under the name of H, such as a new card in the name of H, which was stolen, at the time, at a place specified in paragraph (2) and at the same time, from October 27, 2016, from that time, to October 27, 2016.
