Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result thereof.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) opened an Internet gambling site under the name of “I (J, K, L)” and “M (N, P, Q, etc.)” from 1 to 2.0, including B, D, E, F, H. 1 to 6.0, and (b) opened an hambling site to access the said gambling site; (c) opened an hambling agent (hereinafter “member”); (d) sent money from 60.0 to 10,000 to 6.0,000 to 6.0,000 to 10,0000 to 6.0,000 to 6.0,000,000 from 6.0 to 1,000,000 to 6.0,000 to 1,000,000,000,000 from 6.0,000 to 1,000).
