Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-learning motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.094% (measurement result) at a section of about 500 meters from the front line of the Cheongju-dong, Gangnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Seoul, to the front road of the Hyung-dong 2323 Sin-ro Gyeongnam-ro.
