Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on July 6, 2014, the Defendant changed the form and quality of land by making earth-raising at least 50 cm in height of 3.759 square meters in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.
