On December 9, 2013, at around 14:24, the Defendant driven C vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.107% of alcohol alcohol concentration at a 0.107% at the Green Hospital’s shooting range from Asan City B apartment at the same time via the Korean hospital located in the same Si-dong.
