The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendants, while working as the C&A/S center, received simple damage from the customers only due to the reinforcement glass part outside the liquid oil, and returned the amount returned from the customers to the Samsung Electronic Services Corporation through the material room. However, after the deadline, the Samsung Electronic Computer Network (E-ZNE) entered the false repair details into the material room as if the returned amount by the customer is the waste amount due to the damage to the material room or LDC. In the Samsung Electronic Computer Network (E-ZONE) after the deadline, the Defendants were able to return the said waste amount to the material room and sell it to the liquid purchaser at a level of 50,000 won per each time.

A. Defendant A’s occupational embezzlement work from September 2015 to work as a DNA in the FF located in the Geum-gu, Busan, and was engaged in the work of determining the amount of telephone devices produced, sold, and storing a simple damaged amount returned by his/her customers.

At around July 1, 2017, the Defendant repaired the simple damage of Samsung Electronic Telephone, which was requested by its customers to repair, and embezzled one fixed amount (154,000 won at the return discount) of Soviet S7 model, which was returned by the said customers, on behalf of the victim, during the course of performing his/her duties, for the victim, and embezzled the returned amount to be sold to the unsound business operator and embezzled it. From that time until July 17, 2017, the Defendant embezzled 4 simple damage discount (616,00 won at the return discount) of the Samsung 7 Soviet model, which was used for the victim by the said method, from that time until July 17, 2017.

B. Defendant B’s occupational embezzlement from May 10, 2017 to Samsung Electronic Services F, which was located on the fourth floor of Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
