Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 13, 2016, around 06:30 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant voluntarily moved in the “C District District” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as a suspect of the assault incident, and thereafter continued to avoid disturbance, the Defendant’s seat at the Ulsan-dong Police Station C District of the Ulsan-dong Police Station (hereinafter “C District”) was removed, and when the Defendant voluntarily moved in the said district as a suspect of the assault incident.

As such, the Defendant assaulted D, a police officer, to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties concerning D's global service.
