Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18:30, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim by getting off the taxi rate exceeding normal, because the victim E (68 tax) who is a D taxi engineer at the entrance of Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, was not driving the taxi on the way at his own desire.
