1. The Defendant’s KRW 93,352,320 to the Plaintiffs and the following: 6% per annum from February 25, 2019 to April 29, 2019.

1. The defendant shall commission the plaintiffs to write a broadcast theater (20 parts of the broadcast theater) under Article 1 (Commission of Writing of the broadcast theater).

The Plaintiffs shall complete the writing of the text of the broadcast theater from June 1, 2016 to May 31, 2019 (three years) upon the Defendant’s request for writing.

(2) Except in cases of force majeure, such as an accident or disease, the Plaintiffs shall not interfere with the production of their programs by suspending or delaying the deadline for submission of theater copies without the Defendant’s prior consent.

3. The Plaintiffs may not write a dramatic copy of another broadcasting company or other film production company, at the completion of the writing of this contract or by the deadline for the submission of a dramatic copy.

(4) The defendant may request an increase or decrease in the frequency of writing when changing the frequency of broadcasting programs, and shall be determined by mutual consultation at the time of request, and the plaintiffs shall accept them to the maximum extent.

Article 2 (Payment and Settlement of Plaintiff Fees) (1) The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiffs the Plaintiff fees upon the commission of a theater as follows:

(2) If any change occurs in the content of a broadcast, etc. under Article 3 of this Agreement, the payment of the Plaintiff fee may be increased, decreased, and adjusted.

③ In the event that the Plaintiffs fail to complete the frequency of agreement by the deadline for the submission of theater copies, the return or extension of the Plaintiff’s fee for the number of unwritten copies shall be decided by mutual agreement between the Defendant and the Plaintiffs
