Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken out KRW 70,000 in cash owned by the said PC manager, from the PC located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, on February 22, 2017, as the damaged person, who was in the said CPC’s safe room between K, an employee, to take a toilet in order to take the toilet.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

4. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) taken off KRW 400,000,000 in cash owned by the said PC manager, from the PC room located in Daegu-gu L on February 24, 2017, as an injured person, who was in the PC PC room located in the above PC PC room to take the rest of toilets; and (b) was in possession of the said PC PC operator’s cash.
