A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. by the Changwon District Court on July 7, 2015, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and fine of three hundred thousand won by larceny, etc. by the same court on July 7, 2015, and on August 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor by the same court on August 10, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the port of entry on March 1, 2017.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1359" committed the theft of money and valuables by impairing another person's residence by using the entrance, etc. when people living in rural villages leave the house at a low time.

From April 2017 to May 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance, which had not been corrected in front of the residence of the victim D in Kimhae-si, and had the cash amounting to KRW 4.50,000,000 owned by the victim who was in custody at the inside and outside of the entrance; and (b) stolen property worth KRW 10,420,000,000 from the same date to May 22, 2018, by intrusion upon the victim’s residence over 37 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 37 times from the same date.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence, is sentenced to imprisonment at least three times with prison labor for larceny, and commits larceny again during the period of repeated crime.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 1812" committed a theft by impairing another person's residence by using the entrance, etc. when people living in rural villages leave the house at a low time.

On April 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance, which had not been corrected in front of the victim F’s residence in C at the time of smuggling around 13:20 on April 26, 2018, and stolen the Defendant’s total amount of KRW 140,000 in cash owned by the said victim and KRW 46,000 in cash owned by G, and KRW 140,000 in cash owned by the said victim.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes upon another person's residence, and 3 times as theft.
