Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act at the Seoul Central District Court on October 17, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 5, 2015.

1. Defendant B

(a) No person who violates the Act on the Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (the manufacture, etc. of illegal drugs) shall sell (including award) or acquire for the purpose of sale, knowing that drugs that are similar to those already licensed are forged or altered;

The Defendant conspired with the Chinese name “H”, and the “H” issued a total instruction on the sale of forged drugs, and the Defendant decided to sell forged drugs by means of delivering forged drugs in Korea, receiving medicine proceeds, etc.
