1. The defendant on November 28, 1960 registered office of Dong-gu District Court with respect to the size of 1266 square meters prior to Dong-si, Gyeonggi-do.

1. Basic facts

A. Farmland distribution 1) Gyeonggi-do Yangju-gun C (hereinafter “C”) is limited to farmland distribution concerning the instant land.

D) The distribution of the farmland of this case was made in Category 901 (hereinafter “instant distribution”).

The farmland was reverted to Japan, and was distributed pursuant to the former Farmland Reform Act (amended by Act No. 31 of Jun. 21, 1949, repealed by the Farmland Act enacted on Dec. 22, 1994). The land was distributed to be distributed as farmland subject to distribution. The land for the farmland distributed to C in relation to the farmland distributed to C (hereinafter referred to as “the land for distribution of this case”).

(2) Of the instant distributed farmland, KRW 601 indicated that “E (F)” as “C,” and the remainder of KRW 300 as “G” was distributed to “G.” 2) The instant distributed farmland was divided into KRW 300 and KRW 601 as distributed to G. The said farmland distribution was jointly distributed to J, K, L, and M, and 457 square meters (hereinafter each of the instant land was divided into “the land outside the instant case”). In addition to the instant land at the time of the said farmland distribution, E repaid the total of 1,498 square meters by December 30, 1955 (short-term 4288).

2) On November 28, 1966, E completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of repayment on December 31, 1956 with respect to the land other than the instant case. C. As to the instant land under the name of the Defendant, the registration of ownership preservation under the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant registration of ownership preservation”) was completed under the old Government District Court registry Office of the Dong-gu District Court No. 6315, Nov. 28, 1960.

(D) The deceased E (F; hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) referring to the plaintiff’s inheritance relationship.
